Well they are 4 companies all rolled into one well in one of those four 10 years ago somebody had ordered something in my name and. But at the end of the conversation she told me that my credit has been terminated and till I paid that money and which I did not owe them and I asked her if then why did you let me get so much stuff on credit for almost 2 years and now it yall are being a about something thats not mine. So no I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything through them considering how the people work for him treat people and talk to him. I read their whole contract it says nothing on a time period to send back, but they say its past 60 days, I cant send it back. So, they stole over 200.00 from me and I cant get through to get an answer This company is not going Read reviews before purchase. Im not the only person who has been they stole from Buyer beware. Ordered a coat on December 20 and I was charged 17.99 for shipping. The coat is still not here as of January 7. What wince does that make I called customer service to complain, this was a waste of time Horrible service. Six years of doing business with them and I have finally learned my lesson They are now bragging that they have FIVE brand lines, even though their customer service cannot handle one. They send it to me, finally, and a bill for it too, its 5.00 more and a check to me in the amount of 39.99 representing the refund for the return, which I lost 5.00, (price increase) 8.00 (restocking fee). ![]() All in all, 8 weeks of aggravation, looking for a tracking number, being upset about this, being screamed at and lied to by various telephone agents about calling for a return without a tracking number, CAVEAT EMPTOR, LET THE BUYER BEWARE, with so many fabulous options out there, people that want to treat you well to take your money, at least go that way, Even though their merchandise is unique and I liked it enough to tolerate this madness.
